1. Do you travel, if so how much is your travel fee?

Yes, I do travel for sessions!

Travel within 20 miles of my location is included at no extra cost.

Anything beyond that is $0.55 per mile (round-trip) to help cover gas and time. I’ll always share the exact travel fee before booking so you know what to expect.

3. Do you ever offer free sessions?

Yes, I do occasionally offer free sessions as part of special promotions! While these sessions are complimentary, tips are always appreciated but not required. Keep and eye out for announcements on my Facebook page (Bailey Commo Photography) so you do not miss any promotions!

2. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens, so I do allow cancellations and rescheduling. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. I offer one free reschedule if you notify me at least 48 hours in advance and the new date is available. Any additional reschedules after the first will require a $10 rescheduling fee. Same day cancellations/rescheduled will require a new retainer to book a new session.


4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! I offer digital files, prints, and albums.

All of my sessions include professionally edited high-resolution digital images delivered in an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.

You also have the option to purchase prints, wall art, and photo albums directly through your gallery for beautiful, high-quality keepsakes.

5. Do you have a second shooter?

No, I do not use a second shooter.

I personally handle every session and capture all the moments myself, which allows me to maintain consistency, focus, and a personal connection with my clients throughout the entire experience.

7. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely! I love hearing your ideas and bringing your vision to life. If you have specific poses, shots, or styles in mind, feel free to share them before or during the session. I’ll also guide you with posing suggestions to make sure every photo looks natural, flattering, and captures the emotion of the moment.

6. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely! I love meeting my clients before the session whenever possible. We can meet in person, or if life is busy, we can easily connect via video call or phone call. Meeting beforehand helps us get to know each other, discuss your vision, and make sure you feel completely comfortable on the day of the shoot.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

You’ll receive your final photos within 2–3 weeks of your session. Each image is carefully edited to ensure the highest quality, and you’ll get access to an online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.
